I walked into their beautiful modern space in Kāʻanapali on the Royal Lahaina grounds and was completely taken aback. I literally thought to myself: I should've dressed up for this place — it was just so stunning.
I was met by three beautiful, professional women as they ushered me into the windowed, bright, clean and warm space. Backlit vanities, pretty photography, gorgeous raffia touches. It was welcoming and elevated all at once. I slowed down the second I walked in.

The Practice

Nō Ka ʻOi Aesthetics is a boutique medical aesthetics and wellness practice inside the Royal Lahaina Resort & Bungalows, right across from the gym in the resort courtyard. Parking is free towards the back of the parking lot. You'll find them at 2780 Kekaa Drive, Shop 5 — minutes from the Sheraton Maui, Hyatt Regency Maui, and Westin Maui.
Stefanie Roberts is the founder and medical director — a Nurse Practitioner with a clinical career spanning nearly two decades. She began her nursing career in 2007, earned her Nurse Practitioner degree in 2013, and built extensive experience in emergency medicine and urgent care before founding Nō Ka ʻOi Aesthetics in 2019 to bring that same standard of medically-grounded care to aesthetics and wellness in West Maui.
Her philosophy is simple and refreshing: the best aesthetic work shouldn't announce itself. Understand what each client wants, preserve what makes them distinctive, and create results that feel refreshed — not overdone. Her favorite neuromodulator? Dysport. She loves its smooth, natural-looking results. The licensed aestheticians Stephanie Evans and Keala Lono handle skin health treatments, Sarah Salmonese, RN performs IV therapy and wellness injections, and Tara Hayden of Kaanapali Kissed offers customized spray tans. A real team, all doing their thing exceptionally well.
The Experience

and why I'll be back.
Stephanie was my aesthetician for a 75-minute HydraFacial — my favorite kind of facial there is. So deeply cleansing, and my skin always looks and feels better after. This one was special because it started with lymphatic drainage and covered my chest and neck as well. They have the newest HydraFacial machine on the island, with that lymphatic drainage feature — you feel it. I felt genuinely pampered in the best possible way.
Stefanie, the owner, did my IV in the coziest room — fuzzy blanket, beautiful dim glowy lighting, total surrender mode. I did the Nō Ka ʻOi Glow, their signature beauty drip: hydration, vitamins, and glutathione for luminous skin. A favorite before a wedding or a photo session. They also have plenty for immunity, hydration, and yes — hangovers.
What struck me most wasn't just the space, though the space is genuinely stunning. It was the sense that everything here is intentional — from the medically-led care behind every treatment plan, to the honesty in what's recommended (and what's skipped), to the small, unhurried feeling of the whole visit. It's not a conveyor belt. It's a practice that clearly wants you to leave looking like the best, most rested version of yourself — not someone else entirely.
