Choice has been holding it down for the Maui wellness girlies for years now and their matcha still hits every time. In fact, it’s gotten better.

They use ceremonial grade matcha and mix it with in-house macadamia milk that makes the whole thing ridiculously creamy. The sweetness level is perfect. Not dessert. Not grassy. Just smooth and balanced in the way a proper matcha should be.

Early Bird Coffee

Early Bird knows how to have fun with a drink.

First Wave in Kahului has quietly become a favorite stop for matcha lovers.

Their drink possibilities are nearly endless and all lean a little more playful and island-inspired, and we’re here for it.

Their stand at The Shops at Wailea has become a bit of a pilgrimage for matcha lovers and they just opened a West Side location at the Westin Nanea which we are extremely excited about.

Our go to order is the honey cinnamon matcha. But if you’re reallyyy into matcha, try the matcha americano with a little stevia.

Crema is a Maui experience that feels a little magical.

Upcountry in a vintage trolley, they pour beautiful ceremonial matcha drinks with serious intention. The maple sweetener gives it this soft, warm depth that pairs perfectly with the matcha itself.
